    it will build abs, but not the superficial ones close to the skin, called rectus abdominus. That is the muscle that you see when you think six pack. But there are other muscles that make up the abdominal group and when worked, give you a smaller, flatter, stomach. You notice that in the video he said “tva muscles”. I am assuming that he is talking about the transverse abdominus. Look it up.

    @keithsa41 i hope no obese people see what you just said – if they think it really is the right way to start we’ll only have more people who do it for a week (or a month) and will then succumb.

    humans are not sports cars, we don’t go from 0 to 100 in 5 seconds. human body needs acclimatisation, etc. all the cold turkey and crash diet stuff is just bad for your health and psychology

The instructor above is in shape and knows the facts… Nothing worthwhile is easy.. results require blood sweat, tears, there is no substitute for hardwork and a belief in oneself…

    @keithsa41 if you’re used with running 20km a day, this exercise really isn’t for you, but for real couch potatoes it can be a good start
